Submitting Artwork
Preferred formats: Vector .Ai or .id (with links and fonts packaged or embedded), .pdf, .tif

If downloading from Canva, please see FAQ #4.
To ensure printing accuracy, if submitting a print ready PDF, it must be flattened and have fonts converted to outlines. (If we don't have the fonts you used, it could have unexpected results. Fonts converted to outlines eliminates this risk.)

If submitting artwork with bleeds, the color must extend all the way to the edge of the bleed line, otherwise white may appear on the edges of your final product. Please make sure any important text/objects are at least 0.25” away from the cutline.

What are bleeds?
Bleeds allow you to run artwork to the edge of a page. The artwork is printed on a large sheet of paper and then trimmed down to size. If you do not allow for a 1/8 of an inch bleed, any misalignment while cutting will result with the artwork not running to the edge of the paper. Bleeds ensure you get the results you need. For example, if you have designed a standard 3.5" x 2" business card with a red background covering the whole area, you will need to enlarge that red background to 3.75" x 2.25". This will make the red background extend 1/8" on every side of the page.

How long will my job take?
It's always good to check for your specific needs, but typically for print jobs you can expect 3-5 business days, for a design/print combo you can expect 7-10 business days.

I designed my order on Canva, how do I get my file to you?
Click "Share", then click "Download", change the file type to "PDF Print", check "Flatten PDF", and if your file has bleeds (see FAQ 2 if you don't know what bleeds are) check "Crop marks and bleed" as well. If you're able to, change the Color Profile to CMYK (best for professional printing). Then click download and send it our way!
